Does Dojah store data from identity lookups?

Dojah does not permanently store the results of your API identity lookup requests. Identity verification processes are handled as secure, end-to-end transactions, and lookup responses are not retained beyond what is operationally required.

If you would like to retain verification results for your internal records, you have the following options:

• Webhooks: Subscribe to webhooks to receive real-time responses for each API call. This allows your system to securely capture and store verification results on your own infrastructure (particularly useful if you are using EasyOnboard or API integrations).

• Downloadable Reports: If you are using the Government Lookup solution via the dashboard, you can download a PDF copy of the verification result for record-keeping purposes.

Please note that if you choose to store user data, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations (such as GDPR, NDPR, and other relevant privacy laws). Proper data handling, storage security, and retention policies should be in place to protect personally identifiable information (PII).
