Before your organization can switch from the test (sandbox) environment to the live environment and access real customer data, your Dojah account must be formally verified. Account verification ensures:

  • Legal authorization to use Dojah’s services

  • Compliance with regulatory and data protection standards

  • Alignment between your business and Dojah’s service agreement

Why Account Verification Is Required

Dojah operates in regulated environments involving identity verification, AML screening, and fraud prevention. Granting access to live identity data requires the following:

  • Confirmation that your business is legitimate

  • Confirmation that an authorized representative is accountable

  • Execution of a binding Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Until verification is complete, your account will remain in sandbox mode, where only test data is available.
